Day 3 at home:
A better night’s sleep but still work up 3 time overnightAfter breakfast I followed my new timetable and sorted out the necessary equipment for my home physio and went through all the exercises. Then another icepack session as the swelling was evident again.
The afternoon was again taken up by the Six Nations rugby and regular moving about. Then I tried the static bike and managed to do a frew partial circles going backwards and forwards, with less height on the right pedal behind.
So not a lot to report on today as I spent the rest of the evening relaxing with my leg elevated until I got too fidgety and had to get up and walk about doing some more of thee exercises standing at the breakfast bar, just perfect height to replace the wall bars at UPA.
