Normal routines to get ready for breakfast, but feeling a bit stiff in the knee so reverted to both crutches to get to the restaurant.
Hand washed 'smalls' then down to floor 1 for cryogenic treatment 09:20 after which I waited for John before having coffee as we waited for the group physiotherapy at 10:50. Iveta once again made us work hard and I had to discuss a sharp pain developing in the inside of my right knee cap. She asked me to remind the physio tomorrow about the pain.
After physiotherapy I went back to the reception area to pass the time until my massage at 11:50. This massage session was on floor 4 not the usual floor 3, good job John had pointed this out to me or I might have missed it! The session was interesting as it was the first time I have had a talkative masseuse and we chatted about the state of play in the Lithuanian economy.
The pain in the specific location in my knee was still very evident so I rested for the short time before lunch. After lunch, another meal without fish as the only choice was battered fish, I retired to my bed for a rest until my Polarised light treatment and then bandage change.
I asked for a waterproof bandage as I was intending to have a shower and duly fitted I returned to 219 and took a shower. Unlike me, the waterproof bandage didn’t like the experience, and came unstuck, falling off as I walked out of the shower cubicle. Once dressed I returned to see the nurse to get a replacement. At the time she was busy dealing with an issue with another patient in their room and asked me to wait.
Once fitted with the replacement waterproof bandage I checked on messenger to see where John was; he was already in the reception area and I joined him for coffee and a chat. Mike and Kelli had been down to the city and joined us as they got back.
Dinner then a rest before meeting up in the restaurant at 20:00hrs for the last night with Mark and Kelli. A great evening with the group and off to bed after catching up on my blog.
