Day 16

OK so I slept! But I don’t feel wonderful this morning, rather more like I have a hangover. Certainly a reluctance to get out of bed at 06:38. After forcing myself to finally get up from my drowsy state I prepared for breakfast and now I am feeling much better.

With my first session this Sunday at 10:50 I am elevating with the ice pack for a bit. I had cryogenic treatment at 11:40 but then forgot that I had massage straight after; consequently I had returned to 219, elevated and had a video call with Catharine, which made me feel much better.

After lunch I saw the masseuse and apologised for missing the appointment; he was very nice about it. Lunch with William and we met up with Tony and his wife from England, although Tony is a south walian.

Today it is about 3 degrees warmer than yesterday with a lot of slush and rain about:

Everything is melting out there this afternoon,

William is a keen golfer and has been involved with Rathmore Golf Club for a long time. Flair IV is on an invite for a visit to Portrush!

Not such good news this afternoon while back in my room I suffered from some, slight, chest pains and being a little concerned I went to see the nurse who tested my blood pressure. 154! So I was given some meds and told to return in an hour, after dinner, by which time the reading was higher at 160. More meds and instructions to rest. So here I am now just having had a video call with Catharine, settling down to watch something on Netflix to try and stop me worrying! I am due to see the nurse again tomorrow before breakfast.
